Rare find! This elusive 1760 colonial currency from the state of North Carolina was issued July 14, 1760. This scarce note would make an excellent addition to any early currency collection. This note has been backed due to a center split repair.

  • Housed in an archival quality currency sleeve by PCGS.
  • Graded Fine-12 Apparent by PCGS.
  • Comments: Splits; Contemporary Backing.
  • Face: Border with phrase "Death to counterfeit" surrounding the proclamation.
  • Back: Contemporary backing of what appears to be a page out of M. Tullii Ciceronis Opera.
