Cybele and the Lions
Having already explored the mythology behind the Goddesses Hera and Eos, this new collection features Cybele, the "Mother of the Gods." Known as "Magna Mater," the origins of Cybele's mythology are rooted not in Rome or Greece but in Phrygia, part of modern-day Turkey. Cybele was born to be a liaison between the Sky God and Mother Earth themselves. She became known as the mother of all life and all other gods.
The Goddesses Series
APMEX is proud to present this APMEXclusive® series from the East India Company: The Goddesses series. This collection was created by Joel Iskowitz, and it will look at how goddesses from ancient Greek and Norse mythology are still relevant and seen in modern societies today. Each mythical figure's narrative continues to educate and convey vital information, which is why these tales are still being told today.
