The Series 1928 $10 Federal Reserve Notes were the first issues in the new smaller size adopted that year. These are normally common, but the ones printed for any district are elusive. There were only about 100,000 Star Notes originally printed for this district, making this a true rarity!

This series features the "Redeemable in Gold on Demand at the United States Treasury, or in Gold or Lawful Money at any Federal Reserve Bank" clause in the obligation.
