Outstanding vignette at top of steam locomotive passing near a small town, and at bottom right a vignette of steam locomotive approaching viewer. Very nice bright red seal at bottom left. Attractively housed in a protective sleeve. Uncancelled. Dimensions are about 17" X 23".
