The gold wasn't scratched but the assay card was, also missing the back plastic cover other then that I am happy with this purchase. As long as the gold is safe that's all that matters.

This was my 1st purchase of gold. Even though its small, its beautifully crafted. The Lady is impressive in detail. The packaging on this is much better than my Credit Suisse Platinum bar.. VERY NICE.

This is my first purchase of physical gold-to-own. After receiving the product, I can attest to the quality of the design, with beautiful detail. I do wish the packaging was a bit tighter, as there is about 2-3 mm of space around the bar that it can bounce around in. Other than that, the sealed package protecting the bar is great. The Certificate Number, Fineness, Weight, and Certified Assayer are easily readable. This Swiss gold is not quite as tasty as their delightful Swiss chocolate, but it does boast a nice design!

This 2.5g bar was quite loose in the translucent plastic bubble, which was clearly too large.
