The Ike Dollar, since its conception in 1971, has served as a popular series for modern day collectors to collect. These coins are superb GEM, untouched in their original government issued packaging with envelope and COA.
Coin Highlights:
- Contains .3161 oz of Silver.
- All coins are housed in their original soft pack mint packaging and their issued certificate, inside the original Department of the Treasury Eisenhower Uncirculated Silver Dollar blue envelope.
- Obverse: Features a striking profile of General/President Dwight David Eisenhower facing left with the legend of “LIBERTY” above his head. Underneath his chin is the motto “IN GOD WE TRUST” with the date at the base of his profile. Mint mark appears below Eisenhower’s neck above the third and fourth number in the date.
- Reverse: Reflects the design of the Apollo XI’s insignia. Depicted is an eagle flying over the surface of the moon with an olive branch firmly grasped in his claws with a small Earth turned so that North America can be seen. Thirteen stars surround the eagle’s flight. The legend at the top displays “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” with the motto “E PLURIBUS UNUM” directly underneath, and the denomination of “ONE DOLLAR” at the bottom.

I ordered this coin also the 73 blue envelope the 73 was a second try because the first one had a black spot on it the next one and the 74 were both worse than the first coin it's absolutely horrible and you QC should be checking these sets because these 3 coins I'm talking about shouldn't have been sold as they are they are just junk silver and customer service tried telling me it doesn't hurt the coins value...obviously you need people with some coin knowledge to be working in that department...bad bad bad I will order new coins or bullion but no older coins or sets ever again
