I was hoping I would not get one of those "toned" black coins. I didn't. the coin is nicely toned with just a hint of that black that I find unattractive. it is a beautiful rainbow toned coin that looks darn close to proof like. it's in an older NGC slab which is another Plus. APMEX hit it out of the park on this one. oorah!!
