I like Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) stuff so I had to get this. It's a little smaller than I thought, but thick and heavy. If you like skulls, pirates, or Day of the Dead stuff you'll like this. I just need to figure out a cool way to display it. A different version has just been released and I plan on getting that one from APMEX as well.

I love the colorization of the flowers/accents of the skull. Nice weight and feel, Beautiful detail. Great addition to my Skull silver.

Silver. Skull. This thing looks awesome. I love it. Others have said the the coloring wasn't easy to see but mine seems pretty well colored. My specimen doesn't have the nearly rainbow array of colors that the display image has and mine is almost exclusively metallic/silver blue, but I like it this way.

This is definitely the best skull design I've gotten so far. The coloring is not as pronounced but it's there when light is at an angle. Premium is high but worth it if you want something this good looking. I'm even tempted to make a wearable jewelry. I hope monarch decides to make this design a series with different models cause it would definitely become a collectible. Cheaper at monarch's site, but worth getting here if you are getting free shipping and insurance!!! Very happy with my purchase.
