I am extremely pleased with the pristine quality of this gold coin. It came with complete with its Royal Canadian Mint original government packaging box, leather bound case and Certificate of Authenticity. Its mintage was 58,520. This coin was minted in 22k gold consisting of 91.7% gold + 8.3% silver, which was the alloy used for 22k gold $100 proof coins in this series from 1977 until 1986.
