Certificate Highlights:- Bears a portrait of William H. Crawford, Secretary of both the Treasury and War Departments for presidents Madison and Monroe.
- Red seal, with blue right end on the face.
- This note is a Choice Crisp Uncirculated-64 PPQ example, graded by PCGS Currency.
