These coins were designed by James B. Longacre and were minted from 1856-1889. The reverse was personally inscribed by hand.
Coin Highlights:- Contains .048375 oz actual Gold weight.
- Each coin is in protective packaging.
- Obverse: The Type 3 designation or "Indian Princess Head, Large Head" features Liberty, facing left. She has shed her crown and is shown with the Native American headdress with the wording “United States of America”.
- Reverse: Personally etched BTC by hand after being polished, floral designs above and below.
- U.S. Mint issue from the following mints: Philadelphia, Charlotte, Dahlonega and San Francisco.
