You really never know what you’re going to get. Sometimes I order BU pre-1964 US 90% silver from APMEX and I’m blown away while other times I’m disappointed. It all depends on their stock at the time of purchase. The 1936 BU Washington quarter I received had nice shiny luster but there was some wear around the high spot over Washington’s ear. All in all, I’m satisfied with but I’ve gotten better. APMEX is definitely worth buying from, they ship your order within a day and it gets delivered to me in only two days.
