These 1915 Mexican bronze 1 centavo coins were a one year type that were struck when the revolutionary forces of Emiliano Zapata were in control of the mint. These Zapata issues are slightly smaller than the standard issue 1 centavos.
Coin Highlights:- Composed of bronze.
- Struck at the Mexico City Mint.
- Mintage of 179,000.
- These coins are in Extra Fine condition.
- Obverse: Mexican coat of arms featuring an eagle perched on a cactus clutching a snake in its beak. "ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS" above.
- Reverse: Denomination below the date and within a wreath. Mint mark below.
