I recently bought 5 of these, Two were average circulated and the other three, extra-fine to AU. One of the more circulated coins was a nice surprise--it was dated 1876! It had William I on the front and a slightly different design of the German eagle on the back. I was so pleased to get such an old coin! I like owning coins that have seen so much history, surviving both World Wars and hyperinflation. Great coins!
- Pros
- Value (low premium over spot)
- Attractive Design
- Recognized Brand
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
