- Contains an uncirculated $1.00 bill from 1995.
- Obverse: Depicts a string of Rose flowers across the top followed by a larger blooming rose in the center. The bottom reads "UNITED STATES, BOTANIC GARDEN, 1820-1995, E PLURIBUS UNUM."
- Reverse: Featuring "LIBERTY" across the top of the coin followed the facade of the Botanic Garden without the landscaping. Starting with the Denomination the bottom of the coin reads "ONE DOLLAR, 1997, IN GOD WE TRUST, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA."
