I wanted a silver coin minted in Canada that wasn’t simply a Bullion coin. I love the different designs of these silver dollars. This is a coin that I buy from time to time to round out my free shipping. They are always in vary nice shape, 0.6 troy oz per coin, with less cost over Ask then almost all rounds. They make good stocking stuffers for Xmas, round out any collection, and the weight adds up.

We love the designs on Canadian coins, both the older and newer. We were hoping for the dollar with the Canoe on one side, but since it was a random purchase, a person never knows which one will arrive. We are still happy with the design, and will be buying more. The coin showed up in really nice condition.

I added one of these random date Canadian silver dollars to an order for a few little half-dimes, and I'm very pleased with the quality and the design of it. I'm not a stacker, but I wanted a nice pretty coin with QE II's image on it. This one arrived in excellent condition, date is 1963. Might have ordered a couple more if I'd known they would look so nice for the price.

I ordered a dozen of these because it seemed like a good silver coin for the price. I know that with items like this you don't control exactly what you get, but some variety would have been nice. All 12 of the coins I got were 1963. One had a blackened (not toning) face; another had a fairly blackened reverse. Another had a brown splotch on the Queen's face. Wear-wise, yes--I'd say these coins are pretty much AU; but it's clear they spent some of their 56 years in less than great environments. But at the end of the day silver is silver, and I'll gladly add these to the stack.
