Coin Highlights:- Struck in 95% copper and 5% tin and zinc.

The coin itself seems to be as described. VF for sure. Is a "Key" or Semi "Key" issue for that date. My problem is with the certification holder that it's in. Scratches & dullness right around the front of the coin, to a lesser extent, on the back of the holder as well. Disappointing, because I like to look at my inventory from time to time. I have rubbed, cleaned it as much as possible, but it gets to a point where you can make matters worse. Is the situation so awful that I should go through the hassle of returning? Probably not, but I'm disappointed about the holder, for sure. Usually no issues with purchases, this is one of the few exceptions.
