Bought quite a few different proof sets from Apmex and was mostly very pleased. A few arrived without the COA, but that was a know possibility as provided in their description. Make sure you read the description carefully and know what to expect or not expect. I have been very impressed with Apmex, I only wish they would lower the 4% premium for using a credit card, to the actual cost of using a card. Don't need to make premiums on both.
