Very pleased with this purchase. It was a lot of fun opening an envelope that had been sealed at the mint 62 years ago and finding these beautiful coins in such excellent condition.

I wrote an earlier review of this SEALED 1962 proof set but in addition to the Franklin half being stunning I noticed that the Washington quarter had wonderful and obvious doubling on the Liberty, the date, the motto and even on George's chin. it was a very nice surprise. this is one worth sending in for authentication. thank you APMEX

I bought this set sealed, but had to open and check them out. Original envelope was in good condition but had some writing on it. It was pretty neat seeing coins that had been sealed for over 50 years.
