I bought 15 of these cull US large cents. My expectations WERE low but the quality of the coins was even lower. Here's what I got: Only five coins where the 4 digit date was readable. Of those one was holed and two had a side of the coin clipped off. 10 coins had dates that were unreadable. One of these coins was holed. Dates ranged from 1834 to 1853. Coins were a mix of matron head pre 1839 and braded hair cents post 1839. I expected that more than only one third of the coins would have readable dates. Some of these coins belonged in their "worse than cull" offering. While the text description of the coins was accurate, the picture displayed painted a rosier picture than what I actually received I'm warming the retort....
- Cons
- Poor Condition
- Bottom Line
- No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I saw others leaving such good reviews so I couldn’t pass up to add to my order. All other coins were just as good or better than expected but this one is completely illegible other than the word United. It is a cull again I understand so I didn’t have super high hopes but it seems to have been underground for a lot of its time.
- Cons
- Poor Condition
- Bottom Line
- No, I would not recommend this to a friend

- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
