The outer packaging itself isn't in the best condition but this is the minor thing. One of the slabs has some kind of a stain and the other has a few scuffs. The silver coins themselves show signs of tarnishing in the edge. Definitely not worth the price.

Had a hard time finding them until I went to APMEX, grab a few & put them away, a first time ever on reverse coins.
