Elusive Colonial currency issued by New Jersey with a denomination of Thirty Shillings. Only 5,000 were printed in the issue of 1764 adding to their value.
Currency Highlights:- From a group of notes authorized by the New Jersey legislature on April 16, 1764.
- Housed in an archival quality currency sleeve.
- Fine condition.
- Face: Features the colony arms in black with the obligation printed in red.
- Back: A Sage leaf in black printing on the back with the ominous warning 'To counterfeit is death', below the denomination at top.
- Printed by James Parker of Woodbridge, New Jersey.

This note has seen moderate wear, but considering it is well over 200 years old, still a great collectible! This example has a center crease, which is typical of many of these Colonial issues, but still intact.
