The coin sent to me had a black line on the obverse . Measuring about an inch long and an 1/8 of an inch wide. It looked like a chair with a rubber wheel ran over the coin before it was slabbed. Impossible to miss. This rendered the coin unacceptable. Yet your staff sent it to me anyway. Can you understand how serious this transaction is and what it says about your whole selling effort. I was literally shocked that a firm with your apparent high standers could let something like this happen.
