This the 13th coin to be released in the 50 State Quarters Program. The reverse of this coin depicts a vintage sailboat gliding through Rhode Island's famous Narragansett Bay and the Pell Bridge in the background.

- Obverse: Features the profile of George Washington. Designed by John Flanagan and William Cousins.
