This is a beautiful Indian Head design that features no raised edge and the main devices and legends are in a sunken relief.
Coin Highlights:- Contains .12094 oz of gold.
- Multiples of 50 are packaged in plastic tubes. All other coins will be in protective packaging.
- Obverse: Displays a masculine image of Liberty in a full headdress encircled by 13 stars with the word "Liberty" above and the date below.
- Reverse: Features a majestic bald eagle. Surrounding the eagle is "United States of America", "E Pluribus Unum", "In God We Trust" and the denomination.
- Designed by Bela Lyon Pratt and minted from 1908-1929.
- U.S. Mint issue from the following mints: Philadelphia or Denver.

I looked through the reviews and was not unsure if I would get a nice XF coin but took a chance and glad I did! I received a 1912 in great condition. would buy again for sure.

The coin had black guew on the face of coin and it was supposed to be xf
I always am happy with my purchases from apmex but when I got my gold indian head I took my loup at noticed that it had a black guew around hair and nose I was so upset tryed to wipe with paper towel and it didn't go away ism still upset and the coin was supposed to be xfine

Love the product; handling needs improvement; I don;t trust the mail carrier or other delivery and accidentally found boxes of coins hastily delivered without signature; there was too much opportunity for me to hastily miss a package or someone else to find it before me. Partly this is my fault. Love the ease of ordering but there needs to be more security
