These coins are very unique pieces of history. Mine bore Caracalla on the obverse with a seated figure on the reverse and was overall very impressive. I purchased the coin as Choice Almost Uncirculated and would agree that it arrived as such, given that it is approximately 1800 years old. The only negative comment I have with my purchase has to do with its point of origin. These NGC graded coins simply state what "hoard" they are from in origin; for example mine came from "The Colosseum Hoard". A simple google will tell one that there was not in fact a particularly massive hoard or cache of these coins found there, nor is there a particular "Seven Hills Hoard" as claimed by NGC. This lack of detailed historic provenience/origin is actually quite disturbing. I would bear this in mind when buying in the future. Overall I would probably buy one of these again in the future as the coin does however appear to be geniune and in very nice condition.
