As expected the $10 Silver Certificates were not printed in nearly the large numbers as their $1 counterparts (less than 165 million were printed), so these are much less common. The newest of these notes are over 50 years old, and these are nice notes for the beginning collector.

I don't know if APMEX is the lowest price or not, but I believe they are competitive. The main reason I have become a regular customer is that I trust them. I place an order and in no time the product arrives. I recently purchased two $10 silver certificates, thought the quality was lacking a bit. I replied with an email and in no time shipping instructions to return the certificates arrived, and shortly after returning them their replacements arrived. I will continue to do business with APMEX.
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
