Issued to commemorate the Independence of Texas in 1836 this coin would be a great coin for a circulated set.
Coin Highlights:- Contains .3617 oz of Silver.

Interestingly, although Texas' centennial year should not have been celebrated until 1936, powerful friends in Congress were able to have coins minted beginning in 1934.
