I can't even fathom how they market these as good or better when you can't ever read the dates and 99 percent of the coins are basically a polished blank. take your money somewhere else I sure wish I did.

Not as described at all, half were culls-about good. the other half were what the whole roll was supposed to be.

This was disappointing, first role had polished coins so I returned for exchange, new roll was better in that there were no damaged coins but they were all common dates in AG or G but certainly none better. I do not feel these came as advertised and would not order again.

- Attractive Design
- Cons
- Common (higher mintage)
- Poor Condition

Have been buying Barber coins from Apmex for a few years now but this was my first purchase of quarters. I can say I was sent an excellent product. The variety of coins was fine with most years represented including all of 1892-1899. The quality was for the most part good with all the coins having full rims with some dinged up a bit. Delivery service was outstanding which has been the norm for me the last few years. All in all a good purchase
- Pros
- Value (low premium over spot)
- Attractive Design
- Recognized Brand
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Generally speaking, I collect Barbers for both their silver content and numismatic value. Lower mintage series with a reasonable premium over spot. I am pleased with the roll of quarters I recieved, I would have liked maybe a little more variety with respect to dates(a good number were from 1909 + 1916) and mints... Though that wasn't really a big issue, it would have been a plus but certainly does not detract from the roll. I docked a single star because three quarters were about good, that said, I only docked one star because four were VG and the rest Good. Overall I like what I saw with my first purchase, good coins, well packed and expeditious S/H... I will try my luck with a roll of Barber halves (Good or better) and leave my impressions there too.
- Pros
- Collectible (lower mintage)
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I came back for another roll! BUT, I took the plunge and bought a roll of Fine+ and compared to the Good or Better roll; it is night and day! I did find some good coins in the roll however, I will be sticking to the Fine+ from now on. Spend the extra money on the nicer roll, you will not be disappointed! I also provided a review on the Fine+ and up loaded two photos of the coins I received; hopefully APMEX will post them. I was very happy with the coins I received in the Fine+ roll, check the photos, judge for yourself!
