I received the full 20 coins in the roll and they were definitively circulated but to my surprise here was A solid black coin in the center of the roll. with them being rolled from this company I would expect better and not have one coin in the middle the ruins the 2 coins that were stacked against it. I am going to be forced to clean and polish the 3 coins to remove whatever this black substance is as A silver dip would not remove it.
