All of the coins in the roll are from the 40's, which is to be expected at this price point. Quite a few duplicates, with as many as 7 from a single date and mint, Overall I am pleased with the quality of the coins. Every one is better than the example pictured!
- Pros
- Attractive Design
- Cons
- Common (higher mintage)
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

The quality was as expected. I asked for a mix of dates and mints. I received 12 coins from the thirties, with the oldest 1936. I was disappointed that all 50 were from the Philadelphia mint.

I was a little hesitant, at first, to buy these. After all, a roll of BU Mercs seemed too good to be true. I received a roll and the coins on each end looked amazing. Could they all be that good? Well, they were.... My roll contained 48 stunning 1944s and two nice 1943s....all with a real nice numismatic value. These coins were truly BU. I thought I might be disappointed with the small variety, but in THIS condition, who could be sad.
- Pros
- Value (low premium over spot)
- Attractive Design
- Collectible (lower mintage)
- Easy to Sell
- Mint Condition
- Recognized Brand
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I was a bit disappointed in this roll. I had bought a similar roll several years back and was very impressed, but this roll had 5 badly whizzed/improperly cleaned and 5 that were clearly AU, not BU. Of the remaining 40 coins, about 20 were just uncirculated, and the other 20 were very nice choice or even gem BU, many with full split bands. Pretty sure APMEX would make good on the ten duds if I pressed the issue, but this is the first time I've been even a little disappointed in what APMEX sent. Definitely still worth the money.

A few coins I would consider AU instead of BU but overall a great roll. Most dates were 1940-45 which I expected since it wouldn't make sense at this price to have many older dimes. Got BU 1945 micro S and 1939-S so quite happy with that. Will buy again.
