Pre-1965 90% Silver coins, sometimes referred to as junk Silver or scrap Silver, are a great way to start your Silver investments. These Silver coins were pulled from circulation with the introduction of copper/nickel clad coins and the rising demand of Silver. The public saved them for their 90% Silver content as a rainy day fund they can fall back on.

Was looking for some natural/average circulated coins but received cleaned/dipped coins something unnatural was done to them. would have cost more to return than it was worth so I canceled the return order and will keep them, let's just say I'm disappointed. Nuff said

Bought this because I haven't had one of these since back in the late 60's when I went around to gas stations and grocery stores begging the clerks to change out the silver for my clad (why don't I still have those coins? that's just another sad story You probably don't want to hear), great design, kinda dirty for a circulated coin ( lightened up the pictures for my coin picture collection) at least better than a cleaned or dipped coin. 1936-D/1943-P actually would have given them a 3 and a half stars but not to bad and how about a teen or twenties next order.
