coin’s received were heavily tarnished and after dropping in silver jewelry cleaner to check condition they do have pretty heavy wear for what the claim as average. should have picked the BU coins over these but I listened to the reviews says these were just as good. trust me they are nowhere near what the reviews say they are so if you want good pay the extra

I bought the 1964 Kennedy brilliant uncirculated and also purchased the 1964 Kennedy average circulated so I could compare the two in order to make future purchases. The brilliant uncirculated came in the same condition as the average circulated. They had coin marks scratches and obviously had been cleaned. If you're just buying for the silver content stick with the average circulated $1 package as these coins really have no great value and if I had to compare them to what were sold as brilliant uncirculated they are very nice looking coins and the $7 difference between brilliant uncirculated an average circulated is where you're going to make your money. I concur with others who stated that these Kennedy Halves are almost like getting BU coins, as most were pulled immediately after issue due to rising price of silver at that time. Easy to sell and easily recognizable to anyone who is willing to accept these as barter should TEOTWAWKI (The End Of The World As We Know It) happen.
