Pre-1965 90% Silver coins, sometimes referred to as junk Silver or scrap Silver, are a great way to start your Silver investments. These Silver coins were pulled from circulation with the introduction of copper/nickel clad coins and the rising demand of Silver. The public saved them for their 90% Silver content as a rainy day fund they can fall back on. - Specifications

BOUGHT 200 WALKING LIBERTY HAVLES EVEN THOUGH I HAD READ A REVIEW THAT SAID THEIR ORDER DID NOT COME UP TO STANDARD. MY PROBLEM--THE 39TH HALF I LOOK AT WAS XF. CAN'T EVEN BRING MYSELF TO LOOK AT THE OTHERS. TRIED TO CHAT ABOUT THIS TO A REP AND WAS NOT OFFERED A SOLUTION. WILL STILL PROBABLY BUY BULK SILVER
- Cons
- Poor Condition
- Bottom Line
- No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The coins were as described XF Some were mishandled and had recent shiny marks on libertys high points. More care could be taken. Either in handeling or the way they are packed for shipping.
- Pros
- Good Condition
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
Merchant response: Thanks for letting us know and we'll be sure to take a better look at this moving forward.

Out of a bag of 200, 40 of them did not meet my expectation of XF. I contacted Customer Service and sent them back with APMEX paying the shipping. I received 40 different WLH's most of which I thought were XF. I have a little different idea of XF than APMEX does I guess. Service was great. The sale price was reasonable. I will probably try the XF bag again.
- Pros
- Recognized Brand
- Attractive Design
- Easy to Sell
- Cons
- Poor Condition
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

This bag of XF Walking Liberty Half dollars was great, almost all were mid to high grade XF, a few lower XF and a couple I think were very high VF. The part that makes it great is the half dozen or more AU coins. Most were from the 40's of course. A few 30's and no teens or twenty's.
- Pros
- Easy to Sell
- Recognized Brand
- Attractive Design
- Collectible (lower mintage)
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

- Pros
- Recognized Brand
- Attractive Design
- Value (low premium over spot)
- Cons
- Hard to Sell
- Bottom Line
- No, I would not recommend this to a friend

After reading good reviews about the XF WLH rolls, I figured I would buy a $100 bag. I really wanted to write a good review because I do like APMEX and WLHs, but, I would grade 60% VF and 40% XF with 1 or 2 possible AU. I will not be buying another bag of XFs. Not worth the premium.
- Pros
- Easy to Sell
- Attractive Design
- Cons
- More Vf Than Xf
- Bottom Line
- No, I would not recommend this to a friend
