Beautiful Morgan from the old Crescent City mint. I love all Morgan dollars, but, I'm partial to the New Orleans coins. It has a few surface scratches that are to be expected for a coin this old. Apmex is responsible for growing my collection, problem free. Can't say enough great things about this company. Thanks again

The title says it all, I got this coin because it is old and from New Orleans. It arrived quickly and was in much better condition than I expected, I am very happy with it.

It appears the grading is accurate and the coins are nice. There is a mystique about the New Orleans mint since it burned and knowing these were fabricated there prior to that event is historically intriguing. The Morgan dollar is by far the prettiest of nearly all US Coins ever made. In my mind, it even surpasses the St. Gaudens in its desirability.
