About The Story Of Noah’s Ark

The story of Noah's Ark, found in the Book of Genesis, recounts a remarkable tale from biblical times. As humanity grew increasingly corrupt, God decided to cleanse the Earth with a flood. He chose Noah, a righteous man, to construct a massive ark and gather a pair of every kind of animal, as well as his own family, to survive the impending deluge.

Noah followed God's instructions meticulously, building an enormous wooden vessel coated with pitch to make it watertight. The ark's dimensions were extraordinary, measuring 300 cubits in length, 50 cubits in width, and 30 cubits in height. Noah diligently collected the animals, as commanded, and they entered the ark willingly. When the floodwaters arrived, covering the entire Earth, Noah, his family, and the animals found safety within the ark. Rain poured incessantly for 40 days and 40 nights, while water surged from beneath the Earth's surface.

The ark, faithfully carrying its inhabitants, floated on the waters for months until the flood finally receded. It eventually came to rest on Mount Ararat. Once the floodwaters had subsided, Noah, his family, and the animals disembarked from the ark, offering sacrifices to God as a token of gratitude for their survival.
