I love half dollar coins but I'd never owned a Franklin. This set has two of them, in the final year they were minted, and when circulating coins were still made with silver! The coins arrived in excellent condition, and the plain-jane packaging in a paper Treasury envelope that shows it's age is charmingly quaint. This set is a treasured part of my collection and I've already ordered the 1964 set with the first-year Kennedy half dollars in the last year of 90% silver circulating coins as a companion set.
