Being from Utah and a lover of Southern Utah, the Arches area in particular, this was an obvious must-have. As with all ATB 5 oz coins, it's execution is fantastic and is a truly flawless piece of artwork. The amount of texture and detail in the stone is amazing. One thing I particularly like with the ATB coins vs other 5 oz series produced by other mints, is that the ATB coins have a thinner and notably wider profile, making for a much greater surface area for art. Coins are art to me, and fatter, smaller diameter coins with less surface area are less preferred to something more like the ATB format. That said, I really with they hadn't gone with the Washington quarter obverse on this series. There's so much real estate that it feels like a lot of space was wasted on these coins. Sure, the obverse is a classical, timeless design, but it pales in comparison to the detail of the reverse.
