Received a 2012 and was pleased to say the least. This was my first eagle and I do enjoy the coin, it has an orangish hue due to the copper content, but I am fond of that. I have other gold items but none have a color like this, it's hefty too and feels good in the hand. Will definitely hold on to this coin for a while. This piece is a great value and you get more than you pay for with the low premium.
- Pros
- Value (low premium over spot)
- Attractive Design
- Easy to Sell
- Recognized Brand
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I ordered on a Monday and they shipped that same day. APMEX is located in Oklahoma and I live in NJ right outside of New York City - it quickly arrived on Thursday. This is the first time I ordered AGE online and had it mailed to me. The packaging is very good. They came in a small cardboard box - and inside that cardboard box is a beautiful blue paper APMEX box with the coins secured inside.
- Pros
- Mint Condition
- Recognized Brand
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
