Other users had issues with earlier years. Mine came in absolute mint condition, and is quite gorgeous. The coin is almost a mirror finish, and unique in my collection. APMEX delivered fast and safe yet again. There is a reason that I keep coming back.

Under 5x magnification the 3 coins I bought showed counter scuffs or tube storage rubs on the face and rim. Though minimal and otherwise bright and shiny, it still made them IMHO, barely BU. I am still happy though and, will buy in the future.
- Pros
- Easy to Sell
- Attractive Design
- Recognized Brand
- Cons
- Bu Is Subjective
- Bottom Line
- Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

I picked these up on sale at a low premium so it was a good purchase from that perspective. Unfortunately, the coins themselves are unattractive. They have a high-gloss finish that makes them look like arcade tokens. Even the mint tube was ugly and made of cheap plastic. I bought these because I did not have any silver from the UK in my collection, I won't be picking up any more.
- Pros
- Value (low premium over spot)
- Easy to Sell
- Cons
- Unattractive Design
- Bottom Line
- No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This is by far the ugliest coin I have ever seen. When I first opened my apmex box I thought the coins glossy finish made it look cheap and almost like a fake coin. Do not waste your money!!! Silver eagles, silver maple leafs, and philharmonics are a much better purchase.
- Pros
- Value (low premium over spot)
- Cons
- Generic Brand
- Bottom Line
- No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The polish makes it look cheap, its a high gloss finish which corrupts the coins detail. A lighter finish with a monument more recognizable such as big Ben in full detail would be a more appealing coin for this country. The same can be said about the face of the coin cheap high gloss finish and the queen could use more definition in the face as she not really that young. US mints don't fail to accentuate facial details in the presidents allowing them to look timeless and distinguished making for a more appealing coin.
- Cons
- Common (higher mintage)
- Unattractive Design
- Bottom Line
- No, I would not recommend this to a friend
